Review 003 fixes the Welcome screen appearing after a successful backup import. Loaded records now remain available through dashboard redraws without an external login.

In each copy, use Open backup ZIP at the top to select the Talk Dog — Before Upgrade — 2026-11-05.zip file. Your records are read from your laptop into that page. No customer CSV files or photos are included in this deployment package.

Use a separate Cloudflare test project, such as talk-dog-upgrade-review. No secrets or external connections are required. Keep your existing live and commercial-test projects unchanged.

These are calculation-level checks using the saved JavaScript and backup dated 5 November. They do not establish that the browser interface, live saving or calendar synchronization is ready.

Why Deployment 116 cannot go live as-is

The commercial test package uses fictional fixtures, in-memory saves and a test-mode branch that changes forecast reconciliation. With this backup its test-mode 2026 projection is £23,915, £400 below the live result. The review copy uses the live calculation branch to compare accurately, while retaining its isolated test saves.

This review is not a production conversion. Baseline changes cannot save; upgrade test edits are temporary. Prices and preferences may remain in this test browser; existing live browser settings have not been transferred.

Checks still to do

  1. Open both copies with the same backup and confirm the visible totals above.
  2. Check customer names, dogs, photos, booking dates and agreed prices, including cancelled bookings.
  3. In the upgrade review, edit a booking and inspect the client message and invoice. Sending is disabled.
  4. Check partial payments, duplicate payment handling, mileage, service rates and Settings navigation. Refresh to reset test record changes.
  5. Record each discrepancy before a production package is prepared.

Calendar writes, Dropbox saving, online price searches and outbound messaging are disabled in this package. Live integration tests will need a separate controlled step.

The ZIP reader is checked against the supplied backup, including file sizes and checksums. Full browser acceptance remains pending. No live data or calendar was changed.
